museummouth
Picked up an indie locally. Love the artwork and didn't hear any of the songs yet, so going in as a complete fresh listen. Three tracks in and I'm loving it. Production is great on it! lethalenforcer and tvham
lethalenforcer
Album is soooo good. I'm in love with every song, only one that hasn't done much for me is Haunted House. I'd rank Un-Reborn as top-tier Queens. Just wish the album had another song or two! Josh patreeeek and tvham

I like the new record. Some solid stuff on there will give it a few more listens and see what sticks. Hideaway was maybe my favorite the first time through. That chorus. I doubt it but Josh is responsible for so many of my favorite albums (including Kyuss) I can't rule it out. Hope he brings Lanegan back into the fold for a track or 2 on the next one. clerk3745
Anybody have suggestions for a brand new record that skips? Right as "Fortress" takes off it skips in the same place.
Stress On The Sky
Picked up an indie copy. First impressions: Queens have still yet to disappoint or put out the same album twice. This will be in heavy rotation n definitely wind up on my end of year list. tvham, The Saint and negavinyl
idioteque...
Does any one have both the standard vinyl and the deluxe vinyl to compare? I'm curious if there is a huge quality disparity between the two. And does any one know where the standard was pressed?
youspinmeround
Standard/Indie- Optimal Deluxe- Pallas Both cut by Chris Bellman. ( I assume only one cut exists) Edited August 27, 2017 by youspinmeround

LeeKaye
I am too lazy to search this thread (sorrynotsorry) but I was in HMV yesterday and they are selling this with 14 art prints as well. About 27 quid, compared to 21 I think. Just a heads up if not mentioned. I am more of a casual fan with 2 LPs. But might have to pick this up. mattycakes
Finally gave this a spin on Apple Music and ordered the Indie exclusive. Pleasantly surprised how groovy and awesome this turned out.

Canuckle
Grabbed the Deluxe from my indie store on Saturday and can't wait to spin this (who also had a ton of indie variants...). Bloody ~$55CAD but the deluxe version of LC is one of my favorite packages so I'm sure this will not disappoint. If the thickness is any indication, I'm in for a treat! Plus Pallas! Definitely not Optimal though. U.S. Deluxe pressed by Pallas indeed.
faaip de oiad
Anyone know what the real limit is for the indie version? Bullmoose has it as 2000. But I also saw that some customer stated that it is limited to 7000. Edit: discogs had it at 7000 Edited August 28, 2017 by VinylMario edit

Mikizee
Spinning my deluxe copy for the first time. For a record pressed at Pallas, which you'd expect to be basically perfect, it isn't very flat! Considering returning.

I messaged them they sent me a replacement (of the wrong LP first, but got it right the 2nd time), no questions asked
andynz
For those of you that grabbed the deluxe pressing; what poly sleeves do you use that fit the bigger sized jacket?
