Dassit
I've got a copy of Underoath's - They're Only Chasing Safety on ebay. There's only one bid on my item and my listing was started on April 10th and the bidder has been an ebay user since April 6, 2017 with 0 feedback/purchases. I put $10 for shipping to make sure I have enough for insurance. I'm very skeptical of this, should I be?
Fowty Dollaz
Nah. We all have to start somewhere. Maybe they saw it and needed it, so they signed up.

MtrCtyWx
A lot of my Discogs sales are to people with no feedback and I've never had an issue. I'd recommend delivery confirmation and you should be ok. Priority mail includes it as well as insurance - $10 should cover the cost if they aren't on the other side of the country. Han Solo
What Fowty Dollaz said. Don't worry about it. In your future eBay sales, you can set your post with bidder requirements that can include information about their feedback if you want. So like if someone is notorious for not paying or doesn't have feedback, you can block them from buying your items. You can also block specific buyers if you need to, since what I mentioned will block all buyers in those categories.
