Need Vinyl Replacement Advise

Recommended Posts

I am not a true record collector but I have kept a box of about 45 albums from my younger days in the hopes of eventually having something of value.  These albums received some water damage recently and insurance is willing to replace them if I choose to do so.  I’m not sure which albums are worth replacing and which ones are not.  They are about 30-40 years old.  Would anyone be willing to advise which to replace and which to toss?  I would really appreciate some input by those in the know.  Is it OK to list them in this forum?

The current value is not so much my interest as in some guidelines as to what might be worth saving and what will never be worth anything.  As I said, I'm not a collector and have no idea what to base my decision on.  But I will check out Discogs.  Thank you.

Out of pure curiosity, what have you got?!
