My local store charges around $9 for RSD 7" , if other stores charge up to $12 and he's asking a couple bucks for shipping that's not exactly price gouging. I bought this, online it's inbetween 9-10 bucks (retail, not ebay/discogs) with postage I'm looking at another 4-5 bucks, throw in another dollar for tax on the low end looking at $14 on the high end $16.
