mmhmm
Amazing how only one song is repped from the trilogy. I guess that makes sense in terms of "hits." But still interesting.
scottheisel
The fact that this has "Brain Stew" but not "Jaded" is legitimately offensive to me and should be to everyone else. Also, how idiotic is it to have "Holiday" on the tracklisting after "Boulevard Of Broken Dreams"? The tracks segue into each other! tape, ok., nickj and 2 others
sergeantscruffy
This is dumb. Should just be International Superhits 2!, starting from American Idiot onward. Looking at Green Day's website, the tracklisting seems to be fixed re: "Holiday" and "Boulevard." Must've been a typographical error on OP's part (or wherever they cut-and-pasted it from). timsimmons
maybe its just me, but I think International Superhits is a stronger collection. this doesn't even have JAR. mmhmm
And the real question here is how is the sound quality on this? Green Day pressings have been all over the place in that area. Also if IIRC the original purple pressing of International Superhits is the one that sounds really good, right? One more thought- is this a collection based on songs that were singles for them? That could explain why a few were left off...maybe. Edited October 12, 2017 by mmhmm
timsimmons
yeah, the bulk of these were their most well known singles. Edited October 12, 2017 by timsimmons

I wonder if the title kinda owes itself to that joke made on one of the late-night shows they played on where some CGI version of God introduced them as his favorite band... perelandra05
This may be the worst marketing and graphics produced in a long while and I'm speaking as a fan since kerplunk was released. Just awful concept and imagery.

Fixed for accuracy.
MyckelJay
I caved and got the record. Is this exclusive to their web store, do you know? I'm curious if the CD will end up in stores.
nickj
Hilarious that there's Brain Stew without Jaded but no Geek Stink Breath. Skipping this one but will check out the new song.
