TTL exclusive update:

Thank you for ordering from Turntable Lab.

Here's an update on your pre-order for
Digable Planets: Reachin'  25th Anniversary Edition Vinyl 2LP - Turntable Lab Exclusive

- Unfortunately, over 90% of the entire pressing (not just our exclusive) came out warped.
- Rather than the possibility of sending you a warped copy, we are actively working with the label for a new pressing.

Here's the 3 scenarios:

#1 If the label agrees to repress the entire run
- we will send out your order TBD, prob 4 weeks+

#2 If the label does NOT repress the entire run
- we will refund your order when we hear

#3 If you would like to cancel + refund at this moment
- please email us and we will do it immediately

Apologies and thank your for your patience.

Update from LITA:

Firstly, thank you again for purchasing our reissue Digable Planets reissue. We have loved this record for years and years and it took a long time to bring it to you. These records are like children to us and in that, we do everything we can to make sure they are ready for the world. Unfortunately, sometimes there are issues, especially with a format as delicate as vinyl. In the case with these warped records, we only discovered the problem after some copies were sold, even though every usual quality control protocol was adhered to. This affected a small portion of the color copies and we were able to pull all remaining copies before more shipped. These things happen. It sucks. But rest assured, we will make it right, as we always do.

With this record, we must process claims through Universal Music, who are the copyright owners that we licensed from. This means the return / replacement time frame might be a little longer than our usual records due to Universal's involvement. The vinyl pressing plant are already pressing new copies of the affected albums and we hope to have replacement copies sent out to you in the next 5-6 weeks. Vinyl plants are overwhelmed and at capacity these days, so that is the fastest we can get them out to you. As soon as we have a firm ship date, Daniel will be in touch with more info.

Thanks for your patience and our sincerest apologies.
