No shirt with it, but all records, cds, and 7 inch intact. Self titled cd is the only one I listened to but still in great condition. Small stain on spine from previous owner, I am the second owner. Only albums from the box available outside the box are self titled and Dove, truly all you will ever need for your Floor collection. Holla atcha boy for pics or whatever. 220 ppd in US!
