An A Wizard, A True Star for our times, even, but one that finds room for Michael McDonaldand Kenny Loggins! The album’s richness and detail make it a great candidate for a chopped and screwed treatment. Slower, longer, and deeper, this slurred, sticky, double cup purple version is a massively fun alternative route to Thundercat’s fiendish funk, intricate basslines and soulful vocals. You don't like getting up every 9 minutes/2 songs 8 times? . I think I'm in for Drank as I listen to it for the first time. Twice as much Brainfeeder steez or something.
