getting marker off of LP covers

Recommended Posts

so i just recently picked up a copy of the briefs "off the charts" LP used at a record store, but its signed by the band and says "thanks greg" on the cover.

i dont really care for autographed records and would like to correct this damage. any tips?

also, anyone know the pressing on this? its on white.

honestly try a little rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab...don't let it be dripping wet, but essentially try writing over it in small areas and it might come off. A lot of commercial markers are alcohol based so that may work...though it also may dull the finish of the sleeve....but i woud try that over lighter fluid...but also hairspray could work too...

i wouldn't count on interpunk having correct pressing info.

I don't think they write a lot of their own descriptions.

more like they don't write ANY of their descriptions. one requirement of sending in stuff to them is you have to write up a description for all you releases.

paaaaain in the ass.
