I'm not really a variant or test press collector, I just like to have one of each album, and these two additions will complete my Cloudkicker complete vinyl discography. It would be cool to have either the silver first press or the new blue/gold third press of Beacons, instead of my black second press, so that my whole collection is colored vinyl. Most of everything else I luckily bought as it was released. There is a silver Beacons on Discogs currently but it's not cheap & coming from Europe. I actually have never listened to those splits. I was told by a friend I really need to listen to the Calexico one. They are a band I never really got into so I never got around to checking it out.
