AsleepOnRocks
Mysterious Universe is amazing. I'm also really partial to The Moth, This American Life, and Smodcast, amongst a few others...
thesupervillain
Smodcast is great, and if you are at all interested in video games, check out A Life Well Wasted.
mattstrike
Ricky Gervais' podcast rules. And most of NPR's 'casts.
andrew13
smodcast is the only one i've ever really listened too, and occasionally Rocco Demaro's after games.

kirbypuckett
Just about anything on the TWiT network. This Week in Tech This Week in Google Macbreak Weekly Those are my top 3. Also, NPRs All Songs Considered is a great one. The Transmission is a decent Lost podcast that I'm just getting into.

nick6ten
This American Life The Moth The howstuffworks.com podcasts: Stuff You Should Know, Stuff You Missed In History Class, Tech Stuff. Surprisingly their music podcast isn't very good, its pretty dry. Smart Mouths Mugglecast

littlerobot
I've only really downloaded a few podcasts and they were for this club here in los angeles called the Low End Theory. Its like hour long sets of the resident dubstep djs. Good shit.

thenuthouse
SModcast SuperEgo Sound Opinions Stuff You Should Know Intelligence Squared The Norton Records podcast was cool, but it was only one episode. Live From Combustion Manor would be great if it updated more than once or twice a year. Some of the GaragePunk podcasts are really cool - I really enjoyed Shout Bamalama! - but they're sporadic and unpredictable, as well. Oh, and the Beat Bee Sessions are the best weekly mixtape yet. It's doing REALLY well right now. I just hope it can keep on keepin' on.
lifebystereo
This American Life This. I'd usually rather just be listening to music, though.

throwingstars
Just checked out that Smodcast. Great stuff. Sound Scene Revolution has some great bands on there but most interviews are painful to listen to (Sorry Rich). I've been meaning to check out Rocket Fuel but haven't yet. I'm into ufo's, ghosts, crptozoology, etc.. so I also really like paranormal podcast and dreamland podcast.

thesupervillain
I'd never even heard of Mysterious Universe until this thread and it seems RIGHT up my alley. I am sitting here at the checkout screen for the 59.99 8gb USB Drive loaded with Mysterious Universe stuff and wondering if I should pull the trigger.
