Guest vinyldoa
I usually don't buy too much expensive or super rare oop stuff. I bought the two most expensive records I ever bought both this week, though I know it's not nearly as much money as a lot of people spend. $53PPD - The Devil Wears Prada- Plagues/Dear Love: A Beautiful Dischord (Blue w/White Swirl; Magenta w/White Swirl /1000) $40PPD (from the UK even!) - Silverstein - When Broken Is Easily Fixed - Victory Records (Blue /500) both are actually really good deals and I'm excited about them. what's the most expensive record you ever bought? maxxxg
Paid $60 plus shipping (which wasn't much) for a sealed copy of Alkaline Trio - Crimson 2xLP a while back. Has a sticker on the back that says it's 436/1000. Still not sure of the pressing info.
SaulManella
70 for an original pressing of Alkaline Trios "Goddamnit", 65 for Baysides "The Walking Wounded" (aqua swirl /200). I did not know copies of that silverstein album exsisted. Do want.

A few around a hundred I think. Nothing crazy.

SweetJerryWine
I don't think I've ever spent more than $30 for a record. If we're including shipping, then that would go up to around $40.. But imo shipping shouldn't count, it's not part of the record at all, and if you're buying more than one record at once it changes what you're actually paying for it. chrisjamieson
whatever mine was, i'm sure it was a mountain goats record. i'm fairly certain that i paid $75+ for my copy of Devil In The Shortwave EP, and i definitely paid $60+ for the Satanic Messiah 2x7". it'll be topped eventually when i finally get high bidder on Come, Come To The Sunset Tree.
