But when I get low balled or make an offer to someone who isn't looking for "Ebay prices" then they tell me it's at a ridiculous amount to where you can buy it on ebay for less, what can you do? I always tell people that I look at what a record sells for on ebay and then subrtract a few dollars, if that's not good enough they are welcome to shop elsewhere. They're about 10% across the board (despite their silly math games) and then you factor in 3% from Paypal and you're fucked. I used to sell guitar gear as a way to make money and I'm starting up again. I used to be able to sell a $2k item for about $50. Now it's about $200. What the fuck? People still lowball at set prices. Moreso at deadformat than here but I still constantly get pms from people trying to be cocky as shit telling me how they can get better prices elsewhere and I need to sell them the record at their price.
