Thanks for your help.O I used to work for hopeless in 97 to 98, their number used to be 818-997-0444, you can try this. My buddy bought a t-shirt from hopeless that never arrived and had to email them a bunch and then he never ended up getting the shirt. Also, the owners email is [email protected]. I e-mailed them and they never e-mailed me back. I finally get an e-mail about a week after the first e-mail and they said that the vinyl wasn't in stock and they were pressing more. They said it was going to be about another 2 weeks. I just asked for a refund cause I was pretty pissed. After 2 weeks of waiting for a refund, I finally got it yesterday. After working in mail order professionally and for myself I do not understand why people can't get shit out/don't see a value in doing mail order professionally. I call shenanigans. Our original email was blocked by a spam filter. We sent out your order yesterday Priority Mail - so you should receive it by Tuesday at the very latest.
