Emo Revival Posted April 25, 2013 Share Posted April 25, 2013 I was listening to The Wonder Years - Suburbia tonight and realized that I liked the songs on the b-side of the record much more than I liked the songs on the a-side of the record. I know this is a personal preference thing but since this is a music forum I thought we could discuss this. So are there any albums you have that you prefer the b-side to the a-side? David The Gnome Posted April 25, 2013 Share Posted April 25, 2013 My first thought was Say Anything - Is A Real Boy (original tracklist without Was A Real Boy). I'd take the last 6 songs over the first 7, for sure. Yellow Cat/Red Cat is probably my favorite off of that album and is within the first 7 and I'd still have to go with the latter 6. Caravan - In the Land of Grey and Pink, Built to Spill - Live (both B and D side <3), of Montreal - Coquelicot, etc. I just love looking at the grooves of B-sides that don't have track breaks, dunno why. New album from Dawes as well Came here to post this. The B side starts off with "Empires", a vinyl exclusive track.
