sandbox-wars
http://www.fatwreck.com/news/detail/578 I'm excited, Cavalcade is one of my all time favorite punk releases and the way they describe the new album sounds exactly like what I'd want to hear. chiefwahoo
new damage records is going to have some awesome variants available for PO soon Do you know if it's being pressed separately? Or is Fat just giving them exclusive colors, kind of like No Idea does sometimes?
justindinealone
Do you know if it's being pressed separately? Or is Fat just giving them exclusive colors, kind of like No Idea does sometimes? Pressing using the same plates at the same plant.. but we're printing our own labels, jacket and inserts
bowserhound
So wait, this LP will be released by two separate labels? Does...not...compute.
GradedOnACurve
Pressing using the same plates at the same plant.. but we're printing our own labels, jacket and inserts This is going to be interesting...
justindinealone
So wait, this LP will be released by two separate labels? Does...not...compute. its very common, bands license records to different labels for different territories.
GradedOnACurve
^ I think the general confusion is why another label is involved at all when Fat took care of the other two full lengths. My guess is to keep overall costs down, especially with shipping.
tittus
I know it's overseas, but the last Swingin' Utters LP was released by People Like You as well.
bowserhound
Europe/North America I get. US vs. Canada I do not. Especially if released at the same time. Pretty sure Fat will still ship this release to Canada and vice versa, so it seems a bit like a cash grab if there's variants between the two. FangsAnalSatan
Well shit; I guess I'm buying two pressings.
adamlikesmusic
Pressing using the same plates at the same plant.. but we're printing our own labels, jacket and inserts I don't care about variants at all, but that's pretty lame.
