New Primitive Man album "Caustic" up for preorder at Relapse:

Deluxe: https://store.relapse.com/item/52928

Standard: https://store.relapse.com/item/52920

New song "My Will": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9eKyf_LLsbk

The new song is absolutely crushing, so heavy, so good.

I preordered the deluxe /100 with the patch from the EU store.

Can't wait to hear this monster in full.

Southern Lord is doing a summer sale. A bunch of LP's as low a $5.

https://southernlord.com/store/dept/view/summer-sale

A surprising amount of awesome Crust Punk stuff included in the sale. Pretty sure I bought way more of that than stoner/ doom stuff.

Stoner/ Doom related grabbed the Today is the day, Black Breath and noothgrush.

if you need High On Fire- Art of Self Defense its 10 bucks. and that first nightfall record is 5 bucks and it rules.

I passed too. Too much money. Spent less than that and got both those Dvne albums instead.

did anyone from the group go to psycho fest?  was really torn on going then decided not to as I would have been ultimately rolling solo for an entire weekend.  had a few friends who wanted to go and they ultimately couldn't so glad I did not buy tickets.

Nah, If I'd been able to snag an early bird ticket at the lowered price I would have tried to go.

I suck at posting here anymore, but anyone know what's up with Uncle Acid vol 1? Last Rights has had copies for a bit, but I haven't seen anything on Rise Above. Did I totally miss it? Sorry if this has been brought up already

Uncle Acid Vol 1 is an October 21 pre-order now on Last Rights...

This place is kind of dying. Getting slower and slower.
Ufomammut's new track will speed it up.

Also, Usnea's album is released and streaming

https://usneadoom.bandcamp.com/album/portals-into-futility

And last but not least, Electric Wizard has titled their newest 'Wizard Bloody Wizard' and has pre-orders going for that, for those that didn't veer into the official thread.

I'm feeling pretty doomed out lately unfortunately. I still dig the stuff I have, but it's like a couple of us have said before, it gets to a point where it seems like everyone is just rehashing the same stuff. I need something new and inventive to get me excited! A lot of labels have just priced me out at this point too. I picked up Neil Young - Hitchhiker, the new Zola Jesus (which fucking slayyyyys), a Catherine Wheel reissue, and a Mazzy Star reissue and I think I paid under $18 for each of them. $30+ for the same ole stoner/doom stuff just bums me out at this point.

That said, that Ufomammut track is great as usual.

I wrote Totem Cat and they forgot to ship mine. Good thing I wrote them...

Also, Black Tomb have the fucking record available on their bandcamp for those in the US who were smart to hold off!

I'm glad I held out because the price tag to order directly from Totem Cat was around $50. Ordering from Black Tomb only cost me $28.
