I've always had the artwork with the red cross in my iTunes library. I know that the original artwork had it and that the Red Cross requested it be removed on further CD releases and so only some CD's have it. Original: Nowadays: Enema's first press was in 2009 (on vinyl), and I have two cassette tapes of enema, one with the cross, and one without. I'm sure that if the change happened while cassettes were still being used, and I think both were made in 99, that all of the Enema vinyl would be have the "no-cross" artwork.
