The older stampers broke during the 6th Blue-White split, Turquoise Mix Split press. It was remixed for vinyl, new lacquers/plates cuts etc. sometime after that. The 1st records from the new plates (Green and Purple Mush) went up in January. I think Var held on to some of the older press records for sometime, as i think there was some question whether the blue-white and turqouise mix records were from the same press... Holy sweet baby jesus... Just bought that Red! Fucking love this album! This album still rocks. I played the crap out of this when it came out. It got me through writing my thesis.
