I was pretty bummed when it arrived in a bubblewrapped mailer. but I lucked out and there wasnt any warp on my copy. and yeah, I know I'm probably being lame, but at that price, i expected it to have a proper sleeve. overall, kind of shitty. piky0032 Posted April 23, 2014 Share Posted April 23, 2014 i emailed the halloween store about the shitty packaging and they asked for the 7 back so as to replace it. I said it wasnt the worst warp in the world and that sending it back would end up costing us all 3 X more than what the original record Cost. They somewhat agreed and sent another one out anyway (without me asking) and apologised for the way it was initially sent. I said they didnt have to, but they did anyway. I recived the second 7 today.......in the same packaging as the first.....No warp though and it came with a sticker......pretty good of them to send another one and im obviously very gratefull. kylet Posted May 10, 2014 Share Posted May 10, 2014 I ordered this on 4/23/14. Next to the product is says "usually ships with in 24 hours". Got a confirmation email, but never a tracking email. Emailed them about it last week and got no response. Again yesterday and got no response. Tried calling the customer service number they have posted on the site and got a message saying "the google subscriber is unavailable". Opened a paypal claim today.
