  1. I was at work Friday and just randomly checked this thread between meetings on my cell, moments after you posted this. I ordered and got shipping confirmation! Thank you -- I had given up hope on finding this one. I got lucky.
  2. The guy didn't write back to me, then I waited too long for Paypal disputes and my bank wouldn't reverse the charge, so I had given up. I got my records, the whole correct order, with an apology literally almost six months afterwards (July to December). I was glad and surprised, because it was better than the nothing I had for my $50 before. If he goes so far as to say "I don't do the label anymore," the guy has to take down the damn store, though. I don't understand how he can still accept money from people and not manage to take a trip to the PO more than twice a year.
  3. I put in a $50 order in the summer and waited patiently for it to come. Wrote after a couple months, passed the Paypal dispute date. Nothing. Tried to dispute it with my bank, they said no. After 4 months, Panic guy writes and says he just sent the records, he's sorry, and he went into some personal problems that made him de-prioritiuze the label. I got all my records, like last week. It's not a big deal to me, but I wouldn't recommend sending him any money until he makes it clear the label is a priority again. As much as I empathized, that's not OK business process.
  4. I got this in an Interpunk order this week, opened the shrinkwrapped box, and hilariously "Singles 2014" ony had one single inside. I wrote to Interpunk, and they're looking into it. Anyone get it with 2 singles inside?
  5. I am usually so patient when it comes to mailorder. I just wrote to Panic last week after I created this thread at the end of July. Sorry to inspire false hopes and money wasting. I'll file a claim, too, I guess.
  6. Hoo boy, not cheap for the autographed copy. $19.99 on Amazon for one that no one wrote on.
  7. Nice. I'm glad I could inspire some needless impulse spending. That makes my own feel slightly more reasonable!
  8. I went to the Panic Records site to buy a Trial record and wound up ordering 10 records for $50 shipped, all of which came with downloads. I hadn't heard of much of it, but I gave a listen on Bandcamp and dug the stuff enough to pull it out of the dollar bin. They have a bunch of LPs and t-shirts (if you don't wear medium) for $5 and 7"s for $1. I should mention that when I searched to see if someone had already posted about this that it looks like some people have had trouble with customer service there, so that gave a not nice feeling, but I had ordered Make Do and Mend stuff from them in the past and it went along fine. 9. Nice. $12.50 for 180 gram. I love Blue Skies, and I always debated buying the last press but let it pass. I'm really glad I get to give my $$ to Kung Fu (rather than the label that walked off with my Blink cash).
  10. I hadn't read any comics for a while. I had this 800-page compendium of the X-Men "Fall of the Mutants" storyline sitting on my shelf for a year, and I just picked it up and read it over a few days. It made me 12 years old again, which I guess was a good thing, because now I'm inspired to just keep reading Uncanny X-Men digital comics. I missed Chris Claremont. Anyone have a favorite recent X-Men story arc?
  11. It's hard to decide between this and Losing Streak, because they both mean totally different perfect things, but in the end I'd have to go Weakerthans.
