Pointer

I had pre-ordered the vinyl in September, and just today (1/6/15) learned that District Lines wouldn't be getting it or selling it. Very odd. I contacted them about three times, in October, November and December, and each time they said that it was backordered but would be shipped within a week. Just an overall horrible experience with District Lines. At least I got my money back (allegedly, I'm going to carefully check my CC bill to verify that one), although all I wanted was the damn LP. So, as far as I know, this album was not released on vinyl except possible as a Kickstarter reward. Too bad, great album, but bad experience...

Just out of curiosity, a lot of you have a ton of test pressings. That must be a specific collector's thing I guess, right? I collect vinyl but really didn't realize that people would specifically collect tests. True test pressings are pretty rare, as there only would be a few copies, for the label, band, etc. I only own one and I bought it directly from the label. I guess I didn't realize that this even existed.
