Hi sorry if this post is in the wrong thread but I'm a new member and I'm having trouble finding a pro record cleaning service don't know if anyone can help - I have a 1977 bootleg pressing of AC/DC's 110/220 (Impossible recordworks IMP I-31) a very very rare and important recording historically which I need cleaning, when I play it it sounds scratched to death but is actually in very good scratch free condition and the only cause I can put it down to is very deeply ingrained grime in the grooves. Is it possible that the inherently poor and varying quality of bootleg recordings is to blame for this and what is known as regards the quality of the original pressing.
