Go into your local post office and present them with the physical item and your pictures. Demand that you talk to the post master and voice your concerns. This Isn't floods or SRC's fault so complaining to them is second to complaining to your post master. I've had to do it bc mail lady would leave my packages down the drive way next to the mail box. Come to say I had several damaged packages but it all stopped once I started to complain about the mail service. Sorry for the rant. I'm not a big fan of the USPS.

we did Before you knew better.. because a) its a much better record, and despite living 40 minutes outside of long island i only know one person who has a vinyl copy of this record... and it was justin's roommate... dudes in the band didnt even have them. It was a very limited pressing from the otherside of the world... and plus its one of Justin and i's favorite record.. as well as a record from a band i'm friends with, and all my friends love. sadly most of the larger west coast records outside of AMR releases are all major label stuff... and with the licensing rates what they are, that makes most of the albums we'd looked into just huge money pits. and the others i don't personally care about enough to invest my time with, because theres plenty of great east coast/midwest records i'd much rather do.... that said we'll be working with SL on a couple more records most likely, as we became friends with them when they toured with our bands years ago. It would be cool to see more ska labels step up and put in the work necessary to get these records out tho.. but ideally they should be done by someone whom they'd mean more to.

Found this - Man, I hope there's a good recording of this show that surfaces somewhere.

I had the exact same problem with the JVC L-A55. It's an easy fix. First take off the platter (so that it won't fall down when you flip the table), then remove the screws on the bottom and open it up. You'll see a lever that pushes the tonearm to it's resting place. On that lever, there is a piece of rubber that has become sticky due to age. Just tape it over (it's easier than removing it) with some paper tape, and clean the tonearm bit in case it is a little sticky as well. That should do it.

Just make your own. Cost me a few dollars (two different wood trim pieces that I glued together / painted, cut the proper lenght that made sense for me and then used my nail gun to attach to the wall). It takes a second to take the record out to the turntable (vice versa). No frames needed. I display a few records that either means a lot to me or that I simply love the artwork. I also been keeping my latest purchases there as they usually get quite a bit of playing time.
