Got mine in today. I can't report the same SQ issues, albeit I jumped right into the second volume (orange). So far I'm onto the C side and they sound great!

I asked a local store if they had a copy and was told they didn't but then i just saw on their discogs page that they are trying to sell the gold for $30. shit like that will make me never shop there again.

Finally managed to take pics from my ITC-collection And found the Black Jesuses flexi in one of the Athletics sleeves! YAY!

I've join this forum to see if I can get any advice in regards to a project I am undertaking I have decided to turn my passion for music into a career and I'm looking into the possibility of starting my own collectors and new records, CD's and memorabilia retail business. Do any of you guys have any experience or know of anybody who would be kind enough to offer help and advice? Any help at all would be great Andi

From what I can tell, the "good customer service" is not really that random. If you order a record that they actually have in stock, they will typically ship it to you. No issues! If, however, 1) you need to make a change to an order, 2) something you've ordered is not yet available, 3) they have oversold an item, 4) you placed a pre-order or 5) God forbid you actually want to talk to them, this is when the customer service experiences start to get dicey. If you're curious, or just bored, try calling their customer service number. It's 888-747-3899.

You can't do it with the student version of prime, but if you have a regular subscription you can add a few people to your account to share the free shipping benefits. I'm on my buddy's account, so we split the subscription cost. I think I paid $20 which gets me all the free 2 day shipping I can handle. Only the main subscriber gets access to the video/music service, but for $20, I don't mind.

My wife and I play Scrabble all the time or 500 Rummy while listening to records. The 7" has been pushed back again. It supposedly is still coming but we don't have a firm release date yet. One assumes that it will be timed to help promote the album. Sorry we don't know more at this time.

Tooth & Nail doesn't own the rights to any of their pre-2013 releases anymore. They sold their entire back catalog to EMI like a year ago, with the exception of August Burns Red and I think Demon Hunter? EMI isn't interested in pressing anything themselves, and most smaller labels have been shut out when they've tried to license releases. I think the only old T&N release that's been put out on vinyl since the deal has been Copeland - You Are My Sunshine, which the hand may actually own the rights to themselves. This has been covered in almost every T&N related thread, try to keep up.

Another vote for the sleevecity sleeves. Although to save shelf space/money, I actually prefer the 2.5 mil sleeves
