Dude, they have 1 LP, a demo EP, and like two splits. It'll take like 45 minutes of your life to hear everything they've done.

$80 is absolutely insane. That's 40 dollars short of what the average working man makes in a day.... or slightly more than what somebody makes on an 8 hour minimum wage shift. I understand that it's out of 500 and a good way for the band to make money (presuming the band is actually getting a decent percentage of the sale)... so part me of wants to wait on the price on the black version is before bitching. But I just don't see how $80 is in any way justifiable by anything other than pure corporate greed. Makes me grateful that a high percentage of my favorite modern (past 10 years) bands are on independent labels.

I cannot buy another $70 record from Australia...

I've had an immaculate track record and this dude takes a month to ship something. Pffft. Got mine today. Sleeve is a lot darker than the OG. The inner looks like a shitty photo copy, records were warped. Returned this immediately. I am really sorry - but the hype seems to take over quality - they charge $45 for this in Europe! Poor. And sad.

I haven't washed my car in months. We're loading the kids up tomorrow and taking it on a week long road trip so I decide to wash it yesterday...you know, start clean. Wake up this morning and it's pouring rain, which hasn't happened in California in forever. Right before I accept that the Universe is fucking with me, I realize something: I have the power to make it fucking rain! I can control the weather!! I'm like a fucking demigod!!! Bow before the Great and Powerful skadaddy you puny fucking mortals!! Then I accepted that the Universe is fucking with me.

Wow, so I got my first check for my first two weeks of work. The pay period ends on the 15th and the 30th. I only worked about 25 hours the first week, and then 2 days the following week, so maybe 12 at most. Even if I round that up to 40 hours in 2 weeks, I should have gotten $800. I opened my check and it was for $1,260. Someone definitely didn't add my hours right, which I'm fine with. Haha. Not going to say anything. Party! Bonus!

Hello welcome to the AMREP thread. If you'd like to address the pricing of these albums, please see every other post in this thread complaining about the $. Don't like it, don't buy it.

This is meaningless internet audiophile jargon. 99% chance that all the music you're talking about was recorded digitally anyway, if the digital version sounds bad you should blame the mastering engineer. I own records that sound like garbage compared to the mp3s. If you want to talk about hearing the voice of God through your turntable, I'd recommend /r/vinyl.
