When the game came out, my pseudo-gf and I binge played it for 5 days straight. We each got to the vicinity of level 20-24 in that time. After that, I stopped playing entirely because our time was fleeting and playing video games seemed like a waste when we only had a month or so left before she went back home (to Sweden). Now that she's gone, I have time to play again. We'll FaceTime and play at the same time, so it's like we're still playing together even with 5000+ miles in between us. Thing is, I restarted with a new character, so she's much further than me. She told me that I had to check out Swan's Pond because it was awesome. She wouldn't tell me why, but that I just had to get there as soon as possible. So my level 7 ass beelined it through the map all the way to Swan's Pond to find out what she was so excited about. Just to survive the trip, I expend 60% of my ammo on random raiders and supermutants along the way. I finally make it there, a little worse for wear, but still alive.

Especially for the fact that people who got the boxset would be paying $30+ for a box...

incoming massive VC post!!!! WHERE TO BEGIN! WHERE TO BEGIN! WHERE TO BEGIN! so the box was huge and I opened it up, removed the paper wrapping, and here's what I found! individually wrapped gifts! and the first thing i noticed were the cute little totoro themed keychain things! This really felt like a christmas morning to me, since as I've said before I've never opened presents before on Christmas, and now I have a box filled with individually wrapped presents, and I could already tell from the Totoro's that I was gonna love everything inside!!! there were four total and they are so rad as you can tell. Here's a picture of them all placed side by side: Here are the stickers, which include a Kiki, a no sleep record, a VG HC sticker, and more. Two awesome records that I don't have yet in my collection. I cannot wait to listen to the Mogwai one especially. I only have one Mogwai LP so this is incredibly exciting. And The Decemberists one I didn't even know existed, and I'm getting close to having all of their records (kind of) and since they are my favorite band, this is absolutely perfect. ahhhh! Did I mention my jaw has hit the floor already?? I wished I filmed my reaction to all of this. and then there was secret anime toy, that could be one of like 12 different characters. OF COURSE the VC gods shined down and I opened it up and got one from an anime I not only just recently watched, but really really enjoyed too! BLACK BUTLER!!! My SS is simply one hell of a gift giver! next up was a hockey puck! I actually don't have any hockey pucks which is absurd when compared to the amount of hockey I watch. and then we're still not finished! I got a vegan cook book, one I've actually heard a LOT about online. It's great to finally own this, and I can't wait to follow the recipes. here is a close up of the totoros! now that's all in the first box..... but wait!

Well they are on almost every major site/magazines best of 2015 list so I'm sure they have an audience. There is demand on the secondary market for their stuff because I get PMd all the time from people trying to get me to sell. I still need to give it a fair shake, but I listen to DBM/DBM2 and even the Tilian albums 10x more than the Kurt Travis albums. He's so much better in A Lot Like Birds, who, by the way, are absolutely incredible. Definitely my most anticipated album for next year. DBM > Instant Gratification > Acceptance Speech > DBM2 > Self Titled > Happiness Although I have to say, The Robot With Human Hair Pt. 4 is most likely my favorite song by DGD.

My brother-in-law won Christmas this year and used me as the decoy. He brought over a huge present that was the size of a thick poster board and said it was for me. I opened it and it turned out to be a surprise for my sister (his wife). A huge poster saying she had 2 front row VIP tickets to see Adele in Miami next year. Needless to say, she was crying for quite a long time.

He actually opened a second email to deal with "where's my order" inquiries since he had so many, and he never responded to a single message on that email. He even had to give up Paypal as a form of payment from so many unresolved order claims being filed. He's a legit scam artist, stop supporting him" To my surprise, Orm himself direct messaged me on Reddit in response to this post: "FUCK YOU UP THE ASS YOU FUCK. Ordered through Bullmoose and it should be here today. I really wish this was getting the proper treatment it deserves. They could have done some really cool stuff with the whole letter design and just put a lot more effort into it. I would have gladly paid another $10 for something better than what they put out but this is in my top 5 favorite albums so I was going to pick it up either way. I would say that I wish BC was doing it but with the last album being such a clusterf**k I don't think I'd really want them to handle it. My test press bundle from the crowd fund was supposed to have an alt jacket for the vinyl and it was of course the regular jacket. The variant was supposed to be a limited contributor only variant and then they released that same variant on their webstore and people were getting it before the crowd funding people were. The test press didn't even have any kind of jacket at all and just came in the poly bag that the normal vinyl came in. To say I was disappointed by how it was all handled would be an understatement and how the band acted about it all was even more disappointing... Edit: I just realized I wrote a book. I apologize.
