Audit was already pressed on red. Reason for the orange color per Wikipedia: “As a visual artist and illustrator Froberg provided all of the artwork for the album. Although the artwork and cover themselves are black on white, the CDrelease is packaged in a translucent orange jewel case and the LP in translucent orange shrink wrap, giving the packaged album an orange color.”

Maybe the Deluxe just comes with a free copy of the new deluxe St. Vincent record.

I would also assume the fine folks at Deathwish wouldn't wreck a free record by leaving it outside of the protective wrapping.

I got there kind of late and the line was super long. Was able to get the last two 'tour variants' of the Anthology for a couple people on the board. They had autographed versions for $50 (regular was $30), but the autographed were sold out when I got up to the booth. I didn't really see any of the other of the limited Anthology variants though. The usual T-shirts, etc were there as well. No signed posters that I saw this year either.

But what if there's a new album in the record guys. Its in the record...

Seriously, has any band gotten as much Record Store Day mileage out of as little recorded material as Big Star? Even the Sex Pistols haven’t had as many demos, live recordings, box sets, etc culled from such little back catalog. At least the Flaming Lips and Kinks - who seem to release a half dozen records each RSD - have decades worth of recordings laying around.

Finished Final Dossier and my jaw dropped. So many revelations and answers. Can't wait to rewatch The Return. Best parts:

Just listened to this full album on bandcamp and even though it was on laptop speakers, I found myself pretty blown away. All I can say is "Trigger." Wow. That track kills me. There are a few highlights on this overall completely excellent album. Can't wait to grab a copy. Trying to pause any LP purchases for the month of November. I may end up grabbing this even though I've banned myself from new vinyl. Its really fucking good. Fucking "Trigger" though, man. I feel like a piece of shit because I still haven't given AWLWLB a full listen. Its been four damn years. What is wrong with me?

So I was at the show last night as well, and from what I remember Dustin said that tonight (last night) was the first time they could talk about it onstage. He said that they tried to have it in time for this tour, but they couldn’t make it in time. The repress will be available online, it will have new colors of vinyl, and will remain on the 4 x 10 format as andrewlucas stated above. I don’t recall whether him saying anything about whether they will do the leather bound book again or not.

Also stunned this is less than 5 discs. They must have really crammed shit in, beware of sound issues.
