Wowzers Hammerheart Records will release a new Amon album, will re-issue the 2012 album and also the legendary Amon demos from 1987 and 1989. We heard new songs, and they have the classic Amon/Deicide crunch/vibe, they are catchy yet brutal, they are quality Death Metal par excellence. Hammerheart Records will also re-issue all the Deicide albums that were released from 1990 until 2001. All albums will get a deluxe treatment, remastering, 2-CD editions, bonustracks (tons of never released recordings), LP editions (first time for some), digital, MC, merchandise. The whole package, the whole deal, as done on Pestilence and currently being done on Malevolent Creation. This is a huge undertaking and we will start soon, and the whole project will keep us busy for 2018-2020 (do not contact us on details, we simply do not know yet). Upon releasing their 2nd full length album Amon will tour worldwide and we aim for a first year that will give all fans a full set of only old school songs, taken from the first four Deicide albums. This will happen in 2019.

I asked bullmoose if they were getting it, this was their response "Sounds like there's a good chance that these will be available in the US. It's not confirmed yet. We will import these if we have to, but it will be cheaper for you and other SOAD fans if we wait until we find out. We will let you know when we know more." I'm going to wait before ordering anything for at least a few days. This year has been deadly on my wallet for vinyl purchases.

Got my copy from Rev and it looks great. Random, but I don't order from them much but have been ordering from them for over a decade. I almost always get a whole ass extra record thrown in as packaging. This time it was The Felix Culpa/Foreign Tongues split 12" still sealed.

I ordered from bullmoose as well. Never know if something is going to arrive with a huge scratch so it's good to have a back up option. I also live 20 minutes from a bullmoose so it's a little easier for me since I order stuff to their store and if I don't want it anymore I can just cancel. Or if it's a variant then that's cool too, I'll definitely keep both. I feel like the cassette might be a little harder to come by when it's sold out. The CD didn't have any limit on their Webstore tho

The price difference between continents is massive and makes no sense. The electric blue variant that I bought sells for 19 pounds. That's 25 dollars, literally half the price of the American variants!

I’m really, really loving this album. Admittedly, I haven’t listened to a single thing from these guys since “Illumination,” so I wasn’t sure what to expect besides enjoying “Goodside” (which is what made me pre-order). Pretty big fan of the “dark/dance-y” vibe they have going on now. Not sure if that’s how their stuff has been after Illumination or if it seems like they were working up to this point. Either way, kinda kicking myself for not grabbing their last couple albums, or however many, when I had the chance. Also, this is one of the coolest looking variants I’ve seen ever.

That was pretty much my point. Buying a record and then immediately selling it for 10 bucks more than you paid is pretty much the same thing as selling at cost. After shipping and fees, you might break even. But factor in all the time you're wasting, and you're losing money. Unless you don't think your time is worth money. If you're going to flip it, flip it for real. You can't make a living selling records online for ten bucks over list price. All that being said, if he hadn't sold it yet, I'll take it for cost.

Fun facts: I used to chat with Forrest on AIM here and there when I was in high school in the early 2000s and ran a music blog. He and I were both married at the same place in downtown LA. His folks own a really nice and small winery and they nailed tamales on their first try at a recent lunch and wine event.
