Also received my green/blue copy today! I interviewed Jason a few weeks ago for my college radio show. He didn’t confirm anything, but I mentioned a pressing of Lady Melody would sell well after he told me the first press of Space Camp selling out was a surprise for everyone. Next year is the 15th anniversary and he said.. “if your a fan of that record, things are probably looking good for you next year” ..also, new music coming soon that was supposed to be the third AK record with Rufio’s og drummer! They found tapes/protools files when putting this reissue together. No details yet though

I love Street Talk and Journey was a huge formative band for me when I was younger. Steve is one of my top singers of all time. I never thought he'd be back, and even though this song is kinda weak and cheesy... he's always brought the cheese in the best way and I have decent hopes the album will be a good listen. I like his gravely voice that still has a twinkle of the past.

I’m just categorically opposed to this purchasing mentality. If you purchase something keep it. You know what you are buying. The idea that you can just cancel or return an order whenever you want is a me first approach. The result is that the price has to go up to accommodate your buying behaviors.

Maybe just hold off ordering in the first place

Why in hell would you order something you don't even want just so that you can change your mind later?? If you don't like it, who cares which variant you get? None of this makes sense.

There are costs to a business that result from canceling an order. If you want I can explain some, but it sounds like you have already justified your purchase to yourself.

I have a couple of albums that are 100% digitally sourced. They STILL sound amazing. For instance, Tracy Chapman's s/t is phenomenal. I understand your concern, but I promise that if it's an album you want, it'll still be good (unless it's some 00's punk/ emo, then it might sound like garbage on vinyl).

Yep those are the ones I use too. Totally worth the $14. I've used them at least 20 times now so far. Just gotta get used to them "turning everything down" a little bit, but once that happens, it does make the music sound more "clear" in a way. And ear protection of course!

That single is cringy at best, woof to that song. Everything from the lyrics to the music is bland and repetitive. If that's the lead single I don't have much hope for this album.

I feel for them and love burning all my bridges myself, but my burdens are mine and I wouldn't heap them on others like this.
