  3. This album was reissued as a single LP last year for their tour and it's my understanding Merchbar is selling the remaining stock, exclusively.... I missed out on the first round last year (sold out within a couple days, I believe) and received an email notification of them receiving a limited quantity (as of yesterday afternoon the 24th). $33 + $10.50 shipping to the U.S. + $2.89 tax (Calif residents) for those interested... https://www.merchbar.com/rock-alternative/travis/travis-the-man-who-vinyl-lp-store-exclusive-lp Also available via Travis' U.K. webstore for £25.00 (I believe this and Merchbar are linked): https://travis.tmstor.es/cart/product.php?id=38639 Already received shipping notification this morning.

  6. This is pretty cool. If Sugarcult gets pressed I’d 100% buy. Other than SC, I’ve never much liked the bands on this label, so I probably wouldn’t care much about the other releases.

  7. Wow the Flowers Taped to Pens kids are in a signed band now? Life is wild

  8. Since some of the music isn't available on vinyl, I'll take it. Risk, Youthanasia and Cryptic Writings need proper pressings.

  9. That second single isn't as bad as the Hayley Williams guest spot had me thinking it would be. Still an odd choice as far as guests go in my book but I can live with it.

  12. I’m hoping for a pressing Memory b/w She’s The Blade. Palm Trees and Powerlines was too good of an album to not be pressed. At least with 7”, maybe it’ll sell out quickly enough that it’ll motivate Fearless to actually press the entire record.

  13. Would maybe consider grabbing a Breathe Carolina one if they do it. Preferably one from “Hell Is What You Make It.” Actually, Just press that whole album please.

  14. Looks like Left & Leaving is getting a repress. SRC just posted on Facebook that they should be receiving copies next week.

  15. Like someone said, maybe if there's a Sugarcult song but otherwise meh. I'd love a new pressing of Palm Trees and Powerlines though. Some Every Avenue stuff would be killer too.

  21. I'm not that much of a fan of the song either, i generally don't like it when bands get into politics...whether i agree with it or not. But as long as politics won't find its way onto the next album i'm completely fine with it

  22. If the title alone doesn't give it away, not much originality, lyrical content or much of anything else in that single. I guess that's what you get when your song was written by an executive at UMG. truly a globalist's wet dream. Dick Cheney's single of the week!

  23. I have to agree with you. The MOV version just sounds so awesome. Very dynamic and almost no noise floor. And I really dig the booklet. I wasn't aware that the RSD version didn't come with the booklet?! I bought both of them, just haven't had time get to the RSD Bloody Kisses. I've bought so many dam records that I haven't had a chance to look at them all, lol! Hopefully they get to all of the TON catalog, like they done to Carnivore. Also wish MOV would use the tip-on sleeves. That would just be Fire!

  24. I'll probably try out Attic just for fun. All this Antlers re-exploration has really sparked my interest in Burst Apart again – having a hard time putting that one down when I'm in the mood to hear them. I got around to checking out Familiars and forgot to chime in here. It's significantly better than I found it to be, years back, but still my least favorite Antlers record so far. Still no tracks (or even moments of tracks) that captivate my train of thought to admire a particular soundscape or vocal delivery like the rest of their stuff does for me. You reckon Burst Apart is poppy? I think it's a hell of a lot less somber than Hospice – though not without it's share of bummer tracks – but as a whole it just feels way more comfy and dreamy. Been clicking with it really well on early mornings, if I beat the rest of my coworkers to the office and have some solitude to start the day.

  27. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha coming from possibly the worst offender on the boards this is fucking rich. To seriously post this requires such an extreme lack of self awareness that I'm honestly slightly impressed. Hopefully it's a sign your own taste is emerging through the p4k filter.

  28. Yeah I’m holding out for that green variant. Dunno what the delay is on it but Nov is a long time away

  29. They also have official Merch in the RoadRunner store so there’s no doubt we are getting proper represses.

  30. Nah, I'm with you on this. Though I enjoyed some of the songs on Total Life Forever, the rest of their stuff just hasn't clicked with me. My girlfriend is the complete opposite. She loves everything post-TLF. It's very strange. The new single is decent, but nothing special. At least the video is beautifully shot. Some of those colours and locations were phenomenal.

  31. Probably an unpopular opinion but to this day I still can’t get into anything by Foals outside of Antidotes, which I listened to a week ago and still enjoy immensely. The new single seems like it will continue that trend which is a bit of a bummer. I will go on record as saying that the new album’s art is really sweet, though, and that the boxset variant looks like a classy match to it.

  32. A black copy of Illusion of safety is far from new or exclusive. Bitch, don't kill my vibe.

  33. I don't get this label's business model. They keep repressing the same records. over and over. meanwhile they're sitting on a CATALOG that they haven't pressed ever and everyone knows they would sell out of small runs of ANY of those releases.
