You'd think a repress would come as a huge announcement considering Sound Awake usually goes for serious dollars. I'm somewhat skeptical, but I went ahead and placed an order. I find it interesting (and odd) that in the product details, it indicates the label as being from Insideout Music, yet Insideout has made no announcement that Karnivool has been signed... I found an Ebay preorder listing for Themata also, but nothing on Amazon UK for Themata.

Been waiting on the vinyl as well before I listen to this as well, but I think I may cave. He said on twitter that the vinyl was delayed due to the printers and that they should be shipped this week. I have yet to have a record shipped via Fedex so I guess it may be a while.

Same. Easily my favorite album of the year and possibly from the entire FIL catalogue. Hoping they ship soon.

Yeah talk about night and day difference between movies. Agree on your thoughts though. The creepy/body horror stuff they showed was great and I just really wanted more of that than anything.

I don't think I've posted here before but my modest setup is below. I built the record cabinet about 3 years ago when I had ~400 records but I'm already running out of room. Also, I live in a tiny apartment so I don't have any other options for speaker placement - I know they're too tucked into the wall.

Saw them live finally in Chapel Hill with O'Brother and The End Of The Ocean, so good.

No no no no no no… you gotta listen to the whole album, not just the song/title track. From tracks 1 to 15, no skipping. Bonus points for following with lyrics. It's a concept/story album.

ATIH was always hit or miss for me. The best thing I ever got from them was All Them Witches on orange. On another note, Monolord are now on Relapse? They're releasing something tomorrow. I haven't been that impressed with them with every album after Empress Rising, so we will see if this is a must purchase. Happy for them that they made it off Riding Easy.

I ordered the Good Kid reissues this summer and they just put it in a bag. No damage, but damn target, low key cold.
