I did actually put a Bad Rabbits 7" in one of them! I don't have any left of the American Love or Mimi singles, so it was slim pickin's Fun fact: I do have a completely unreleased Bad Rabbits 7" lathe cut featuring a song that I am legally not allowed to sell because of song clearance issues. Part of the whole Mimi delay fiasco. Anyhow, I allllllmost stuck one of those in these mystery boxes...but I don't want to get sued either.

Missed the UO. Again. But as been said...it'll be back. With 1,500 pressed as per the info...I hope it's just their usual staggering out the sale. Also...and this is a futile complaint...but man...it really rips my ass seeing copies of the signed LP already on eBay for $150+. Makes me want to message the sellers and harass them and insult them and just call them out for being opportunistic pieces of shit that they are. /rant

I’ve sent two packages from NS, Canada to the US in early April (FL and CA) that took 7-8 days. One more to CA in early May that took 7 days. And one to Germany in early May that took 6 days. Absolutely no change in delivery times from normal situations. On the other hand, I’m waiting on records I ordered from the UK eight weeks ago. And the PUSA is off the map as well. Fuck I hate this.

Some may call it uninspired, but I’d be A-okay with Numero repeating that “clear with black smoke” variant they used for the Duster boxset. (Which also featured a very moon-driven cover.) Seems like it’d tie in nicely and keep the Duster consistency intact.

Clearly they pressed to many of this album lol. I got my blue /100 in a few weeks ago after a year of waiting.

It's just as good, imo. Maybe not as notable in terms of popularity, but it's really good.

Don't want to derail the thread too much (sort of related anyway), but I keep seeing this game popping up and it looks like a lot of fun. I'm curious to see what people have to say about it when they play it. God I love my switch, Nintendo really crushed it this gen.

What the Golf also came out on Switch yesterday. Looks like a lot of fun. Gonna grab it soon I think.

It's a good call, especially since there's always going to be someone who needs the "first press" – even if it's a reissue – but I feel like these new colors are way superior. That coke bottle is too sweet.

On March 3rd I shipped a package via First Class International from my hometown Chicago and the tracking showed delivered exactly two weeks later on the 17th in Belgium. However since that time, a lot of packages that I have shipped to EU countries have spent a lot of time in transit and are taking 20-30 business days to deliver. There was a significant slowdown of the mail network in our city in April. All that considered I have yet to lose a package so if I were you I would just hang on and be patient! Good luck

Definitely some slow downs there. I had a record hang out in Chicago for a couple of weeks before it moved. It arrived in great shape, so it's not like it was moving around. It was literally just sitting (probably). I've also had things just zoom right through. It's hit or miss I guess.

I just kinda started getting into Nick Drake. Listening to Five Leaves Left right now and I like it more than Pink Moon, especially with the strings. I hear a lot of Moon Shaped Pool in it. If you're looking to get Pink Moon, keep an eye on Amazon, Juno, and other retailers. A lot of times it will dip down to $12. I got a copy from Juno for about $10. They're based in the UK, but shipping is reasonable (usually ~$3/album). I usually wait and order 10+ records from them. Prices can fluctuate quite a bit as do currency exchange rates. When I make a large order it usually ships FedEx next day which is pretty sweet

In for Mr Beast, hopefully manage to get a copy! I’m not sure how exclusive some of those variants are, it looks like some are just surplus stock that’s been rebranded. For example, the Arctic Monkeys album on silver wax was a web store exclusive. And the Bon Iver album on red was a secretly store exclusive.

The last couple months have been killing me. But getting things in the mail is the only I look forward to now.

What it should have been all along! Wouldn’t be surprised if this now becomes an ongoing annual event for online record stores that takes some of the shine off RSD. And with how poorly they handled it, they have no one to blame but themselves.

I miss you all, I remember the good old days when I wasn't working and going through some serious shit and you all helped with the loneliness and we were churning out pages everyday.
