I’m launching a qrates campaign to get my latest album onto vinyl! https://qrates.com/projects/20854-nautilus Nautilus is an album of vaporwave/chillwave/lofi/downtempo inspired by various video games and anime from the polygon era. It is the soundtrack to playing PlayStation in your parents basement in the late 90s, past midnight basking in the incandescent light from a tube tv. I would love to have it be available on vinyl, pressed on a perfectly fitting pink splatter record. This campaign is for a limited run of 100 copies and hopefully you can help make it happen! To be honest, a lot of my orders have been great with them I just think bad packaging happens a bit more often. They have easy returns like amazon as well so you'll be good. The last b2g1 sale I bought 6 things and 2 of them were vinyl records and 1 came packaged great in a mailer while the other was completely wrecked in a big box but the replacement came in a mailer so all was good.

The distribution for that RSD got fucked. If I remember correctly Warner Bros. were switching warehouses in the middle of it. The only reason I got a copy of The Crow is because it arrived two days late and I bolted to the record store when they posted they had a few copies on Facebook. I wouldn't be surprised if there is a warehouse or 2 out there with a bunch of The Crow and Lost in Translation sitting around and waiting to be found.

Paypal advertises that they protect the seller, but it just isn't the case universally. I have a personal experience where the buyer claimed he only received an empty box. I had no way to prove I didn't mail an empty box. So, fucked there. Plus I've heard enough horror stories from sellers to have this personal policy. There are some places here and FB groups where requesting the buyer to send goods & services is mandatory and I'm obligated to abide by that and I do. But if I get a random message from someone who discovers a thread of mine from a couple years ago and offers to buy a record, then I'm going to do what makes me feel comfortable. I get an email and conduct the business off the boards. Technically I possess the potential to screw the buyer by just taking the money and keeping the record. But why would I do that? It's not worth the money to tarnish a nearly perfect record of selling online since 2003. Someone coming in here and trashing a seller can hurt their business. I'm not going to do that. But I also am not going to leave myself open to be taken if I'm selling on my own space.

Got mine today. Nice double sided print and a real thick 10x10 lyric booklet. Album is great. If you like the singles, you'll dig it.

Holy shit guys! So I was just searching for random stuff to see what would come up on this Target deal. It looks like Echo & The Bunnyment are repressing Crocodiles, Porqupine, and Ocean Rain. All three are available for pre-order at Target, part of this deal, and only $13.39 a piece! I got all three for $28.39! I almost just paid $35 for an old pressing of Ocean Rain on ebay. I didn't think these would ever get repressed! They ship September 18!
