I guess the difference is that this is not a genre or label thread. Most people who dig Phoebe want to know ANY news or crazy pressings that come up. Either way I don't give much of a shit. If another thread is started I will look at it.

Understandable, I can't believe how many rare records I've let go over the years that command stupid prices now. Some of these I can only hope to own reissues ever again logistically unless I can catch lightning in a bottle twice.

I'd go for it unless you have m b v already, I think the packaging and art prints are the only carrot on a stick for this one. The original 2013 cut was All analog already and sounds fantastic, decided to spin it tonight in honor of the release drop and to break in my new stylus. It sounds as wonderful as I remember it. Still a little peeved I paid like $50-60 shipped when it was announced and then it was in record stores for under $40 a week after I got it, but I think I've got my money's worth plus I remember getting like 6 DL codes and giving all my friends FLAC versions.

only the deluxe are analog, the standard will be a hi rez digital cut which I'll bet will still sound great, Plenty of people prefer the original digital to the 2018 analog cuts. I can't say myself I've only ever heard the plain.

I think thicker sleeves and a download card? This is what my order said for the deluxe: fully analog cut deluxe gatefold tip-on and board-mounted sleeve black heavyweight lp download card (24-bit, 16-bit, mp3)

Here's what I'm gathering: Isn't Anything and Loveless are only available to EU distribution. The official store had copies of standard Isn't Anything and Loveless that will ship from the US but the Loveless allotment has sold out, so new orders will ship from UK. Unclear if they'll restock in the US store. Though, I would assume if they planned to these would say 'sold out' to US instead of splitting shipments. The Domino announcement implies that all the standard LPs will stay in print for at least a while, unlike the 2018 reissues but it's not 100% clear. The mbv LP has less restrictions because sony doesn't hold US distribution rights, so that one will be available from US distros.

i wouldn't cancel anything if i were you. way too early to tell if all retailers will get what they ordered.
