I'm also not going to stop listening to a band I liked in some attempt to pat myself on the back and seem woke online. I can’t say I’m overly surprised; VC sleeps on so many good bands, it’s always a shock to see good shit recognized or discussed.

Personally i think its a album that works well sonically as a whole rather than as singles.

Yep. It’s fucking ridiculous at this point. My brother was addicted to Sword/Shield for a while and I couldn’t understand why anyone would keep playing them after the formula was perfected with Gold/Silver 20 years ago. I’m gonna jump into Arceus soon and try to enjoy things being switched up at least. I loved Snap as a kid so much and have a lot of fond memories playing it with my mom. I am a sucker for more weird and niche games like that. I need to pick up the new one at some point soon. Maybe after I get done with Elden Ring in 5 months lol I wouldn’t necessarily call Diamond/Pearl and Sword/Shield time consuming unless you are one of those people who gotta catch ‘em all. The only time I have done that was when a finals week hit and I procrastinated harder than I ever have. So much Pokemon in such a short span of time.

That’s understandable. I’m not too critical of graphics most of the time, but this game does genuinely look like a Gamecube game with even worse framerate. I’m replaying Breath of the Wild on Switch right now and it’s weird to think that a five year old Wii U game looks better than a Pokemon game from a company that has nearly endless money and resources. I fortunately have a job with a decent amount of downtime occasionally and the Switch is my only real chance to play games. I have a five month old at home and do all of the cooking, so don’t really have too much time to use my PC or Playstation. One day I’ll get around to the million games I have on Steam and be amazed by the higher fidelity after playing Switch exclusively for so long.

I bought three of these and I'm going to flip two of them on Discogs for about $50-$60 each. I love Brand New.

Hoping this means more copies of the Collector's Editions of Catch For Us The Foxes are coming as well.

Thread bumping to say a few things: 1. Where in the world is our Year Zero reissue? This is turning into the wait for a new Tool album. 2. I really hope Further Down the Spiral gets a pressing someday. Every time my shuffle plays a track from this album, I have to go and play the whole album and get reminded every time how great of a remix album it is. North American version > Europe/Asia/Australian version

This is the thing for me. People still listen to MJ, Bowie, Aerosmith, and they all get radio play despite doing some pretty disgusting stuff. People just gotta empathize with people more and not think cause you listen to band you support pedophilia or something.

Gotcha, thanks for clarifying - Unfortunately it does indeed cost that much to ship an LP to Canada these days from the US. I wish it was cheaper but rates have gone up like crazy lately.

If Elliott doesn’t at minimum play a hometown show in addition to this I’m going to be so bummed. I *might* go this year but really don’t fuck with fests and would much rather see them play a full set at a regular length show. They have a booking link on their newly created IG, so fingers crossed.
