  4. 2xlp Anniversary press with the second record being the 8 acoustic versions that have been long OOP seems like a no brainer.

  5. Drive-Thru Records are launching a new website and Instagram page. It's their 26th anniversary. On their website, there is a tab for merch so I think we're all assuming there will be some DTR albums pressed on vinyl. They are following Parting Gift Records on Instagram so its safe to assume they'll be handling the vinyl.

  7. It’s just a bunch of videos that Richard took of making the bands walk on his back.

  8. And 40 Hour Train + Has a Gambling Problem. I will buy a serious chunk of their catalog if they do some re-releases. DTR holds a special place in my heart (and I'm sure a lot of you all, as well). Actually, for the last decade or so, I've tried to put together a DTR tribute band, but it never got off the ground. Maybe one day...

  9. When they did this last year they listed a bunch of exclusives from other stores (for example Urban Outfitters). It was strange, but kinda like they purchased a bunch of leftover stock.

  10. Oh this must be the release Pat Kindlon was talking yapping about Drug Church having to do a punk cover for on Axe To Grind like a year ago. Excited to hear what they cooked up.

  12. I normally don't care about anything Walmart has for exclusives but I missed the Mondo Coco pressing (sold out while checking out is more like it) and I really dig the vinyl colors. So, thanks!

  13. I keep looking for a leak but then keep remembering that no one gives a shit about this band. 🤷‍♂️

  15. I'm on my third listen now and I'm just really impressed with how cohesive this record is. The order of the songs (both as a whole and as different sides of the records) works beautifully and despite the length there isn't really any obvious filler. The non-single songs are growing quickly on me and I'm catching new things I like with every listen. There's a lot of variety, but it's held together by the drums and Nate's low end. I just kinda wanna listen to it all day long and have to force myself not to in order to maintain that sweet rush of discovery. I'm definitely putting that poster up over my bed, too; I don't care what my wife says.

  16. I feel that. side C and D are just so epic. hearing those singles mixed in with the rest of the album is just so good. reckoning going into the last track thats like 15 minute 'cavein take of zeppelin' is incredible.

  17. Mine arrived in Toronto today. Top notch packing from End of An Ear. Basically a mailer inside another mailer. Looking forward to playing this tonight.

  20. Honestly if they did a subscription I’d sign up. Cause I would probably grab whatever they press.

  21. Where in the fuck are they coming up with these color names, hot piss? Warm milk? Warm milk looks like grey milk, who’s drinking grey milk? And who ever is taking a piss that looks like that “hot piss” needs to get their shit checked

  25. It's a massive album, a real listening journey and a lot to digest. They really went all out on this one. I don't want to give anything away, but I hope one day I'll get to see them perform the whole thing in full. The epic duel guitar hook at the very end by itself should be worth the price of admission.

  26. I would be SO happy to be so perfectly poorly timed with my comment except I was doing Mother’s Day shit all yesterday and missed out AGAIN. I can’t look my kid in the eye today. Dad let you down again, buddy.
