But if anyone is willing to pay $350 for it then that’s on them. Not gonna hate on Zach for making $325 off some fool. Selling to the boards vs selling on discogs are two different things. I’d be annoyed if he was selling it for that much on here. It’s such a ridiculous price too, so it could be one of those, “I don’t wanna sell it, but if I do, I want an absurd amount.” kind of things.2 points -

Just saw that Something in the Dirt has its theatrical release this coming week, highly highly recommend that you check it out if you haven’t had a chance to yet. Benson and Morehead remain my two favorite directors in the speculative space. No movies for me tonight, catching Godspeed you Black Emperor at a local show.1 point -
Same, that was a crazy quick turnaround on shipping. Absolutely perfect condition too!1 point

Got mine today in perfect condition. That was probably the fastest I have ever received a record that wasn’t shipped from my area. I was blasting this album on my way home from work and was pretty surprised to see it on my doorstep a few minutes ago.1 point -
Because I was trying for both variants, unfortunately only got the one and no one else I talked to was opening to check colors. The merch line was 45 minutes long all night, multiple people asking everyone in line to buy them extras if they weren’t planning on buying vinyl. I only got 2 total as I paid for a friend to come with me. Some people were walking around with a box full.1 point

I watched Barbarian too and really liked it as well. I also went to see Terrifier 2 last weekend and it's so nuts! Well worth your time and money if you're into practical effects and/or slashers. Also caught a screening of Night of the Demons and it was a lot of fun seeing that again, forgot that it was more of a horror comedy. Thought Deadstream was a lot of fun as well, fit the mood I was in perfectly. Lastly, I watched Run Sweetheart Run. It starts strong and becomes such a mess at the halfway mark. It was very enjoyable though, even more-so after it went downhill. Think V/H/S/99 and one of the Friday the 13th movies is on deck for tonight. Hope everyone has a good Halloween!1 point -

Faceless Burial on the Melbourne shows too. I've been on a massive hardcore kick the last 6-12 months so havent heard much metal released this year... can second Innumerable Forms though and add Artificial Brain... will be keen to check that Woods of Desolation when it comes out... Still more on the HC side but Extortion dropped a new album https://extortion.bandcamp.com/album/seething 11 tracks, 9mins of fast as fuck hardcore.1 point -

Unofficial guide to buying records for non-US people for a little cheaper
whoa reacted to xfactor675 for a topic
There is a monthly fee at myUS if I remember correctly. When I was searching which one to choose that ruled out them, and also not the cheapest shipping rates either. I'd rather go with stackry or ship7, but that's just my personal experience and I'm in Europe.1 point -
Xuvetyn should be dropping in 30 minutes. [edit] A few hours late but it’s up on bandcamp. No press quantity given but limited to 2 per person. $11 shipping is kinda’ gnarly, but I don’t know if it’ll be cheaper elsewhere. 🤷‍♂️ You also have to remember that Scott is self-releasing these. Buying it now (or Bandcamp Friday if it’s still in stock on 11/4) is probably the best way to get the money into his pocket.1 point

Anyone else waiting for the NESI drop that was supposed to happen 23 minutes ago, unless I'm totally missing something? edit: went live an hour later than announced. Stoked to pick up some of the CC classics I missed the first time they had them.1 point -
Love the shirt discussion. My favorites have been Next Level 60/40 shirts (code # N6210 according to the blanks I buy on Amazon). It seems like Bella Canvas shirts have slightly looser necks by default and stretch out easier. I like a well-fitted neck haha. Tultex has weird shapes sometimes too. Haven't bought a shirt printed on American Apparel in like a decade+ for some reason. Surprisingly, I also really like Gildan ultra cotton longsleeve shirts too. I have multiple blanks of black and sport grey that I wear pretty often. I remember in the mid-late 00's seeing bands splurge for printing on American Apparel instead of (most often cheaper) Gildan and just thinking those AA shirts were the greatest thing ever haha. I still remember the first one I bought was a Blood Brothers shirt in 2005 and I wore it all the time because it was so comfortable. Someone should make a separate thread for shirt collections haha. I still have the majority of shirts I bought through the years (mostly Milwaukee/Midwest hardcore bands from the 00's). Some of them were really cool that I wish still fit.1 point

why are you guys being jealous? Anthony posted on ig that the availabity of these at those shows is "as of now". Be patient it doesn't hurt anyone, either left overs or new variants will eventually come. There are bigger things in life than longing for a piece of plastic...1 point -

You have to wonder what goes into the quality control process at these labels. It's very rarely that I find a lyric sheet that doesn't have obvious spelling errors or lyrics that just flat out don't exist in the music.1 point -
