Man, I somehow completely whiffed on Old Solar but discovered them recently and really love their sound. Picked up See on discogs and ordered Quiet Prayers (Redux) through ATA.

Did they really over estimate how these would sell?? They are preorders but it doesn’t look like any of these variants from the previous releases have sold out.

Here’s a new one. Corner of mailer soaked (to the point it was falling apart) with laundry detergent. Of course it was an album pressed one time only from 1999. Corner of sleeve wet, stained blue and reeking of detergent.

Harkonen would have been cool. Blood Brothers would have been amazing of course. But there was never any indication that this could happen. Generally it makes sense for them to pick strong local openers that won't outshine the headliner, as unlikely as that is in this case. I'd love to see Denial of Life, I think their new LP is going to kick a lot of ass, and I'm looking forward to seeing Filth is Eternal after missing out on seeing the previous incarnation of the band a few times. Still gotta check out the others.

So are we getting American Nervoso and Anthology? I thought those were supposed to be coming as well?

Damn, Filth Is Eternal are close friends but I’m going the 24th. Butt! Very cool for everyone involved though! Really?? All rad bands with some awesome PNW stalwarts ripping. Worth checking out any of the openers for any night.

This is bullshit. Describing meticulously placed mics, tuned drums and guitars, amps, preamps, all insinuate actual music. The easy swap of the band name stylized in all lowercase letters with the actual word “nothing” is also deceptive. They knew what they were doing and it was sneaky as fuck. It has absolutely ruined me taking any chances on this band’s releases now. The moment I spun this and found out what it was I listed it on eBay and luckily recouped my money.

Sonic and subsonic literally mean "sound" and "no sound". That isn't clear at all when the following sentence says the band is in a room with mics on all their instruments on the surface (or sonic) level with another (subsonic) experiment hidden on second groove. I don't think people should be all that mad but don't defend this either lol. If it was so obvious why didn't you tell us all what it was? You were posting around the drop time.
