I'd file that claim asap. They are terrible with their customer service and would have taken me months to get my money back if I didn't file a claim. Once the claim was filed that's when they actually contacted me back.

Beyond excited for this release, been waiting years for this to be pressed. Thank you Ross for taking the time and getting this done. Really lookin forward to what you have put together for this release.

Just got Time Is A Machine along with Wooden Heart today but didnt have time to take photos of both. Great quality press and surprisingly showed up with no corner digs. They used heavy duty poly vinyl 8 guage record sleeves to ship them in.
