I got mine from Amazon way back and it came with the black sleeve but i had to actually like tear cut it to get it open which was lame Amazon sent me a replacement and I just left it sealed -

That's too bad, I've stopped listening to Anthony/Circa stuff for the most part but out of all the records I'll still spin Avalon once every month or so when a morning calls for it. It should get a repress.
