  1. There's not much info out there on this but I have a CDr from the drummer of RX Bandit's solo project Technology. It's been played once. I'm asking for $35 (shipped) if you are in the US.
  2. I have a pretty clean copy of this for sale. There are some marks on the records and the jacket has some ringwear and a couple creases but it's in damn good shape. I'm asking $55 shipped. I will be more than happy to send pictures if interested. Just shoot me a PM and I'll provide! I don't have a working setup right now so I don't have the ability to play them to check for any pops or skips. The pictures are all I have.
  3. I bought this print back in 2007. I'm just doing some purging and came across it. It was limited to 200. I paid around $300 for it. It's in great condition and is currently framed. I'm looking for $200 OBO. The frame would not be included. Here's some info on it. If you are interested I can send some actual pictures of it when I get home from work. http://whiskeyclone.net/papertiger/category/the-information/
  4. Yeah I put this in the wrong thread. If a mod can delete that would be great! I'll post in the sale part of the board.

  6. It's unopened. I'm asking $175 + cost of shipping. I can get an exact quote for the shipping if you're interested! Please let me know
  7. I'm willing to take $80 plus shipping. Events have suddenly come up that I need to sell part of my collection
  8. Willing to make a deal if you're interested...
  9. Selling my copy. Not many exist in the wild. I'm asking $100 + shipping to wherever you may be. Here's some info on the release. Thanks! ABOUT THE PICTURE DISCS: > As you know we've been in a state of upheaval here as we've restructured and reorganized. Our warehouse had just under a thousand boxes in it (we counted) and one of them contained quite a surprise. Among hundreds of boxes of leftover record jackets was a box of picture disc samples from the first pressing of Vein. These picture discs are a great example of what Vein was supposed to be. > > You may recall the great expense we endured with the first pressing of Vein. The original idea was to press perfectly clear picture discs (these are the samples from that attempt) but we ended up having to go with screen printed records. The mylar shifted fractions of an inch within the heat of the press, one or two small tiny bubbles formed and in some instances the goat image skewed a little bit. A lot of money (and I mean a lot) time was lost in this process. > > A lot of sales listings mistakenly refer to the commercially sold pressing as picture discs when in fact it was all screen printed vinyl. The picture disc version is much heavier due to the weight of the mylar combined with the heavy weight of the vinyl. The vinyl plays fine although the tiny bubbles (of which there are two or three on each record) create a low thud when the bubble occurs within the playable area. These are some of the only mylar picture discs ever manufactured. Keep in mind this is one of the only instances of mylar picture discs ever being attempted! > > While they do function well as records (despite the bubbling) they're archival in nature and intended for the curious, extreme collector. These are super rare sample records and are particularly fascinating if you're into vinyl and how it's manufactured. There is no jacket included. You will receive the sample pic disc in a paper sleeve along with the mylar “pictures.”
  10. Maybe the most limited Boris pressing out there? Important records sold a few before Boris put a stop to that so I'm unsure of how many are out in the wild. It's the Mylar edition that they couldn't get quite right. Apparently it plays well but there are a few pops in the record. It's more of a novelty item anyway. Regardless, it's a beautiful looking record and I'm finally going to let it go. I'm looking for $200.
  11. I'm selling this for what I paid for it plus shipping. Anyone interested? It's the Jesus Lizard front man's solo project. 50 were made. Comes with a concrete sculpture that he made for it. It was $150 and since the sculpture is heavy, I'm asking $170 total for it with shipping. Message me and we can talk!
  12. What's the issue with the vinyl anyways? What's it sound like? Muddy? Noisy?
  13. I would have flipped this thing if I cared enough to hunt one down too. All this madness over a license plate. The standard edition will come. Relax.
  14. I prefer the vinyl that will sound better. Black vinyl til death!
  15. Slint - Spiderland OG YOB - Clearing the Path to Ascend Shellac - Dude Incredible Hank Wood and the Hammerheads - Stay Home! Ivy - s/t Big Black - Atomizer Flying Lotus - You're Dead! Vessel - Punish, Honey Total Control - Typical System Veiled - El Temps no Pasa
  16. Amoeba had the regular version for sale for $20 with free shipping in the US. That's where I got mine.
  17. Thanks for the info. I'd like them to do some more song oriented stuff. I feel like the past 2 records had enough droney walls of sound. I love them, don't get me wrong, but the more upbeat songs on To Be Kind were my favorites.
  18. Were the new songs more short and sweet or more like they have been of late....long with lots of build ups.
