  1. Islington, near King's Cross Station. I don't have a problem finding one, just wasn't sure what I was looking for. Definite thanks for the help.
  2. Is there a US laundromat equivalent in London? I'm finding only Launderette's which seem to be a dry cleaners. The flat does have coin machines, but is 3 pounds wash/ 3 pounds dry reasonable? I'm pretty sure that's way too much but I can't find anything else. advance thanks
  3. It's available so I'm not asking for a post, but does anyone have and want to pm me TV on the Radio's Young Liars EP? I have it on vinyl but want it on the iPod.
  4. saw this all over the place in Japan. Only system I own is Genesis- so I kinda wanted it but it was so expensive.
  5. this but without the couple more times. the lyrics don't get better the next time. disappointed.
  6. I don't get it, are you just trying to promote AbsolutePunk?
  7. I've spent about ten bucks in the past three months- but I'm moving to London and taking very little.
  8. Mars Volta was awful when I saw them around the Frances release, but my friend saw them open for the Red Hot Chili Peppers which was I guess Deloused-era and thought it was amazing (which it probably would've been). When I saw them it just felt like they didn't care and didn't want to be there.
  9. ^Because nobody wants to see a miniscule tax increase to make mass transportation happen. To your question though; Its nice, the shop is relatively small, but its vinyl only and they have a decent selection of punk/ hardcore and of course rock/ blues. And I know they've been participating in RSD. Plus the rest of the shops in the Farwell St. area are cool. Downtown Books (downtown Milwaukee) has also a record section that's hit or miss (3rd floor), but you'll probably leave with a book so the time wouldn't be wasted.
  10. Just to put it out there- Rush Mor is bootleg central- Lots of fun mispelled live Smiths albums and the like, and all of those OPIVY/Rancid boots that have been popping up. There isn't a ton of vinyl- but it's almost exclusively punk/hardcore. Also a great resource if you find yourself trying to track down obscure milwaukee releases.
  11. Also Milwaukee: Bullseye Records 1627 E. Irving Pl. Milwaukee, WI 53202 (414) 223-3177 Hours: Tue-Fri 12 p.m. - 7 p.m. Sat 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. Sun 12 p.m. - 3 p.m.

Records I have available to you: http://vinylcollective.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=45128&start=0#816570 Records I want ordered for me: xiu xiu/parenthetical girls split 7" http://www.upsettherhythm.co.uk/shop.shtml parenthetical girls - scottish play 10" http://www.scdistribution.com/cat/scd_catalog.php?usersearch=ParentheticalGirls&pagerequest=# not really concerned with even trades... thanks
  14. It seems that I can't download anything that may potentially fix my computer. I can download anything else. I tried to get Spybot- I went in to the message boards through google and found a direct link for downloading it, and as soon as it began, at 0% complete, it stopped. I'll give Microsoft a chance after work. EDIT- Security Essentials installed fine, but it can't download updates so it isn't doing anything, I filed an issue with them after going through every troubleshooting suggestion without resolution.
