I've seen people here and on Reddit and some FB groups discussing receiving their web store orders recently. I originally ordered on 3.14 and when media mail became available contacted them. They cancelled the order for me and I reordered on 3.16. I've heard nothing since. I used the contact form on the web store to ask what was going on yesterday. They replied today that they had cancelled the order as requested and sent me screen shots of the previous ticket from 3.14 referencing the original order, not the new one that I had referenced when I opened up the new ticket. Comparing 2 numbers and realizing they're different is super tough. Anyway, I just sent them a reply trying to explain that, yeah, I had placed 2 orders and one was cancelled but they still owe me a record for the second order which clearly shows as unfulfilled when I check my account. So now, more waiting.

I did a quick search and didn't see it posted already. Real Gone Music has a reissue of In With The Out Crowd on "Grape" vinyl available for order. Its also on Amazon (same RGM version) but a bit cheaper direct. Looks like around 3k pressed based on comments I've seen. Cancelled the Interpunk order and reordered from Bullmoose around 11:30 Eastern time on Friday. Order is packed and ships early Saturday. Item out for delivery (USPS media mail) on Monday afternoon. Still no contact from Interpunk via their website, email or PayPal. Amazing the difference in how these two companies do things...

I just cancelled my order with Interpunk. I guess I should have looked a bit at their social media and stuff before sending my money. Now I've got it re-ordered from Bullmoose and I get to deal with Paypal to get my money back. Good times.

Did you get an email or just check the website for order status? I've never received any emails past the order/billing confirmation but the website has shown my order as shipped for nearly a month. I've emailed them twice now inquiring what was up with no response.

Missed this the first time... Saw the KRM variant yesterday at work and by the time I got home and was going to order it was gone from the US store. Went ahead and ordered from KRM EU and convinced myself that's its fine because it's only like $23 shipped per album that way... Super happy thatcI was able to get one.

Was going to grab the orange YM, but I already had the 180g black from the tour so I ended up calling it good and ordered just the splatter DANB. I'll probably end up changing my mind, again, and costing myself more money on shipping...

So, my record showed up today. Unfortunately, its pretty messed up. I got the feeling looking at the mailer that is was laid flat on another box with seomthing heavy on top of it. Its pretty bent/warped. I emailed Banquet... We'll see what they have to say. Anyone have any experience dealing with them for damaged shipments?

So it appears as though somewhere along the way between the UK and Michigan my UK /200 splatter went missing. Talking to Banquet right now but they want me to wait another week before they'll do much of anything. I've never had anything from them take more than 8 days from the dispatch email to my door and we're going on 2.5 weeks... Hopefully it still shows up.
