Why are you selling your copy? Do you have a spare? You probably do ... because I checked your discogs page ... and it looks like you are some kind of Ty collector ... ok nothing wrong with that ... but you somehow scored 2 copies and now you want some cash ... the reason why this release was kept a secret is because of  guys like you ... I don't know you ... but I think you f**king suck.

It seems as though the original plan was to quietly distribute the LP amongst friends and fans who'd ordered Ty Segall records from them in the past. It's a shame that it got into the hands of a few people looking to make a profit (the most recent eBay auction ended at $230) and unfortunately that type of thing is becoming more and more inevitable these days.
 
Even the metal cased Sleigh Ride 7" found a way onto eBay and discogs and there were only 20 of those given to the band and friends of the label. 

I'd say everything is quite strange with Ty's recent releases :
 - the Gemini super collector item available only for 1 week online for those who previously ordered from DC (and could befound everywhere around the world 1 month after)
- the Fuzz 7 inch from Famous Class, limited to 300... Oh wait, no it's limited to 150 in fact, the rest is for the band...
- the live at DBA we're talkin about...
 
All that in less than a month. Me paranoid ?? no!!!!!!!!!

I love ITR but for a label that seems to be against flipping it seems weird that they are hyping this in a way that completely drives it.

Thanx to that kind of thinking, it's gonna be even harder to get Ty's limited releases for "real" fans (as opposed to flippers).
Let me guess, you're about to sell the Fuzz next colored single for $500 ?

My thought is, and correct me if I'm wrong, you only bought the extra copy because you knew it's worth something. Especially since you just got the record yesterday and you're already trying to trade it. Two reasons I'm leaning towards this is because the Ben Kweller's record you want to trade for, you have it valued at $60+ based on this thread you made plus you commented on a post on Reddit saying if you find an extra copy you'd sell for $65. So in a sense, I see it as flipping.
 
If you bought two by accident from different places, that's cool and all. Just don't be a dick and try to trade for shit you know is worth more. Though, this seems unlikely since the Reddit comment was from 23 days again stating you only had one. If you had accidentally ordered two, you would have known, ya know? 
  Again, just trying to rationalize it all instead of just yelling that you're a flipper.   Also, yes, I did go through your history and shit. I'm bored with nothing better to do right now. I could be studying for finals but fuck it. School sucks. Do drugs. (JK drugs are bad)

most people just want 1 if any of each record so they can listen to it occasionally. I mean I like Paramore and even just saw them live with my girlfriend but don't see why having so much paramore vinyl makes anyone cooler than anyone else. They all sound the same and play the same songs that have been out for years. Honestly this album I am mostly buying for nostalgia sake

Got a ticket for night 2 in Santa Ana because someone needed a place to crash for night 1 and night 2, and I provided it.
