The sensationalism around the promoters for WWWY and Astroworld being the same is hilarious. LiveNation is a gigantic company that promotes events worldwide. They literally own Ticketmaster. But they should be bankrupted for the Astroworld tragedy regardless.

You should probably delete this post. If the IRS sees this, you will owe the government money. You can't sell 10k worth of stuff without paying any taxes on it. At least not legally. The new law doesn't mean you now have to pay taxes on these sales. This has always been the case. The new law just changes the requirements for companies like PayPal and Venmo in terms of who gets a 1099 and how they have to report things.

Buyers have to pay local taxes on all discogs orders. Been there for at least a year, can't remember the exact date they started it.

Gotcha, yeah I don't know much on the European side of things, just from the US side.

Most shops don't call when you have a pull set up, you just have to go in and pick it up.  I would really recommend reaching out to them.  If you ordered $100 worth of product from them and don't go in and buy it it could put most small business comic shops in a tough spot.

Just got an email from Midtown saying my order has been "processed" and I should expect a tracking number "soon". 

Couple other versions:
Retailer Preview edition - this was sent out to retailers in advance, has a virgin cover.
Convention exclusives - I don't think there have been any yet, but I would expect some to pop up in the spring once conventions are up again, I think Image avoided all the shows over the last month.
It's also possible they may make some other crazy stuff Rosenberg gets creative with marketing.  Looks like there is a CD for this book already, he has made tapes in the past.  I have a script book he made for one of his comics as well.

Midtown comics exclusive variant.  Different cover and on clear /200.  Bit spendy, but that's kind of how store exclusives go in general.

As a collector, buyer and seller I love discogs.  I can't imagine switching to any other platform.
It for sure has a learning curve when you start, but once you have it down nothing else is going to be able to compete with it.

I haven't seen anything about that yet, but I am 100% ok with it.  Would be right in line with what Amazon and eBay does.

If you like the comic I would recommend 4 Kids Walk Into a Bank, by some of the creators as this book.  It's like a Wes Anderson movie about kids robbing a bank.  Fun stuff.

This was happening more and more in Third Man Record groups before I left most.  Leaving the record in the mailer doesn't make it better!
