  1. I only got a chance to listen to the first LP so far, but I absolutely loved what I heard.
  2. Went the Dearborn Music in Michigan which had 2 copies of Deja. Both went to big fans, so that's awesome. Got everything else I wanted though.
  3. I generally hate pic discs based on the sound. This is the only one I can think of that I would buy just to display. Hopefully the price drops but even if it doesn't, I believe they'll have me on one regular and one pic disc on this.
  4. Fair enough. I didn't follow the tour real close, I just knew that he'd play pretty much every state within diving distance of me.
  5. I was under the impression that the announcement meant he'd be playing the only states he hasn't played on the Lazaretto tour.
  6. Just saw a post from a local store claiming that all stores are only getting 1 copy. I'm reasonably sure they're just fucking with people.
  7. Here's all of the details: http://www.brain-damage.co.uk/latest/roger-waters-amused-to-death-2015-major-reissues-blu-ray-sac.html?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter&utm_campaign=twitterfeed 07/24 F I N A L L Y!!!!
  8. Finally got around to picking that up last week. Loving the sound of it.
  9. I place my last couple of orders with CC music through their Discogs account. Same records were priced way lower than the site even with the coupon codes.
  10. I've seen all of those except Lost Dogs. I had no idea a boot of that existed, I may have to look into it.
  11. Took a chance on it and was very pleasantly surprised as it sounds excellent. I bought Exmilitary soon after that which also sounds good. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna grab the Lost Highway boot sooner than later.
  12. I thought the same thing! I thought I knew just about everything there was to know about this album, but somehow I never knew that.
  13. According to this link: http://consequenceofsound.net/2015/04/roger-waters-amused-to-death-to-be-reissued-with-new-artwork/ It's finally happening, with new artwork to boot!
  14. I have an original VLR, but I'm cool with this package. I'll probably just trade my OP when this arrives.
  15. Angel Dust is the only mofi pressings I've ever dumped in favor of another. I had it for about a year before trading up to the MOV pressing which I like a lot more.
  16. Finally pulled the trigger on Brothers In Arms over the weekend. It sounds astounding.
  17. Vault 23 was delivered yesterday. I love the live show more than I thought I would. I don't get doing The Same Boy You've Always Known twice in a row, but it's still a great show. Need to get around to viewing the DVD this weekend.
  18. The hologram would have zero impact on the audio of course. Has there been any news on the titles after these? I'd be interested in getting some of their later albums that I've never come across.
  19. Still have just the 5 pieces I want from before the list came out. Kinda happy there wasn't a ton I wanted to add.
  20. Listening now. Sounds every bit as good as the 7" singles I have from the album. Hell yes.
  21. Mine just arrived, packaging looks spot on to me: I should be able to spin it in a couple hours, I post thoughts on the sound as soon as I can.
  22. I was actually looking into that yesterday. The review I found last night said it's excellent. I'm going to end up grabbing it sooner than later so I'll let you know my thoughts whenever I get around to it. As for MoFi in general, they seem to be hit or miss. I've had more hits than misses though. Someone mentioned the Cyndi Lauper-She's So Unusual Silver Label sounding similar to the original and I'd agree with that. On the other hand, I have the Silver Label pressing of INXS-Kick and it sounds tons better than the OPs to my ears.
