I was surprised to not see RAINN as well, but Puppies Behind Bars seems like a cool charity, so I went with that.

This band is so good. I have some mutual friends with them who have been raving about this album for a while.

I wish I could buy this without the live album that I'll never listen to, but this album is so good that it's still worth it.

Yep. They cover some more diverse genres than Modern Vinyl does (but not a whole lot of punk/etc stuff, from what I remember), and they also have a small label.

This is what I really want. What a spectacular EP.

Also on the bummer train. This is a really awesome and personally important album for me.

Definitely interested in finding one of these.

I don't like listening to this album on vinyl because the side split is between "Make Out Kids" and "Time Turned Fragile," which ruins the spectacular transition between those songs.

I thought Fading West had a couple good songs (the last two on the album, specifically), but besides that it was pretty bad. Maybe a slight improvement over Vice Verses, but both of those albums are such a huge dive in quality even from Hello Hurricane and especially from their best work. That said, I'm very stoked about TBL finally getting pressed.

I hope it's cool stuff we haven't heard before, but I won't be surprised if it's just the Apathetic EP or something like that.

But Relient K did age well, I think. Well, maybe not the first couple records, but everything from Two Lefts onward holds up extremely well.

I liked that record in junior high, but I don't think I ever want to hear it again. Their music did not age well at all.

I'd love to see their whole discography pressed. I snagged Nothing Is Sound a few months ago (the most I've ever paid for a record, but no regrets) because I'm sure there isn't enough demand for a repress. I bet the first three records would sell decently well though. Unfortunately, I doubt Oh, Gravity will ever happen, although I'd love to be proven wrong.

So excited about this. Grabbing a blue copy for sure.

They must realize that more than a few people would buy a second copy if it was listenable.

The 2014 sub really picked up in the second half of the year. Even so, I don't think I'll pay for another one of these - not enough bands whose new albums are must-haves for me and not enough consistency in the rest of the releases. Maybe I'll win another one.

Got Rubber Soul for my birthday over the weekend, and it sounds wonderful.

I hadn't taken it out of the sleeve when I posted that, but I got 4/81.
