Apparently some Hot Topic stores already have this in stock. Someone on the Green Day Community just got one at his local store, and he bought Shenanigans on grey swirl vinyl (?). Has that even been announced yet? Anyways, here are some pictures: He also commented that that lady working at HT said that IS has been in stock for one month and Shenanigans got to the store yesterday.

Got my yellow vinyl in the mail today. It's awesome. Vinyl is really good quality, and came in awesome packing. Almost looked like a pizza box. Just got my copy in the mail (white vinyl). Really nice quality. Vinyl is 180g and comes with a download code and poster.

In my opinion, it is pretty mediocre. Too much autotune. Not enough guitars, too much piano. And the song "Ya Hey" is one of the most annoying songs I've ever heard.
