Yep, it also seems as if the lavender EU press is a bit more transparent than the US one? But that could just be photos. Still very nice packaging and feels super top quality, just slightly annoyed for EU presses they're still almost £30 each. Que sera.

I got my Static Prevails today from Amazon UK. The Commercial Markets ones from Universal, not the higher priced Import version. I was expecting it to be just a batch from SRC for Universal to distribute but it appears like it's a completely different pressing based on the back and the labels. Might explain the Futures/Clarity delay.

My Futures (distributed by Universal on Amazon for £28.99) has gone from 1st September dispatch to 24th November. Clarity still says 2nd Sept and Static Prevails 16th Sept.

I've a gold stamped copy of Tim by the Replacements.

I have Goddamnit on a few variants from the 1st repress in 2008. Also got a sealed This Addiction on green.

Update for UK fans, Universal's Uvinyl.co.uk will be stocking these shortly with a release date of 1st September.

These are the same pressings as the USA one. Commercial Markets is Universal so this comes from their inventory. Cheaper than the SRC imports. They didn't know if they'd be the same colour ways but will let me know. I'll post more as I get it.

I think the ones listed as Commercial Marketing on Amazon UK are the imported versions by Universal. The original press releases states they would be selling copies. Whereas the more expensive ones on Amazon UK are just imported from SRC directly I believe. Emailed Universal for clarification, will post once I hear more.

Yeah I just told them about the lower price from the link on the page. Might take more notice if they get more people doing it. Still, just hoping these turn from Imports to EU pressings for about £15+. I can dream.

Yeah I hope/imagine they will considering they did the random Bleed American press the other year. I ordered a copy but they had some artwork issues or something and cancelled my order on Uvinyl after about 3 months. Yet to pick up a copy.

I also noticed this in the original press release... So I imagine that means cheaper prices when they surface on Amazon etc? I hope so.

Yeah, wouldn't SRC still be subject to import fees too? I dunno if that's why the shipping is higher because you've already paid. I'm unsure what to do as I can't really afford them yet and if they're gonna press a ton then I'll just wait and get it later, but Banquet's contradicting statement is weird.

Not really, SRC shipping is insane but from the JEW store, you can get all three delivered including postage for £82 making them £27 each. Juno.co.uk also has them up for around £30 each.

I am into this album far more than I was back when it came out. I think I listened to it a couple of times back then but since my 2xLP white arrived, I've been playing it an awful lot. Definitely their best imo.
